Dear Referees.

As you can see from our data, your overall job was at the necessary level for the top FIBA Europe competition. The elements/areas for improvement are the cherry on the top of the cake. With the mentioned, and necessary corrections, the entire group will be at a higher performance level.

This week we have more do or die games but after monitoring of previous QF rounds, I am confident that you'll continue with your high level performances. All nominated referees, for all other games and competitions must also stay concentrated, and avoid possible conflicts as a result of participants' disappointment. Trust me, these games can be tricky and deserve our best officiating for whilst they are not important for the group ranking they are important for the image of the clubs, coaches, and players. They are also very important for you, our BCL Referees, and our status within the competition.
